Return/Refund Policy
There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on books, videos/DVD's, software or quilting patterns. Any other products may be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Item(s) should be in good condition and acceptable for resale.
If the item you receive is defective, it will be replaced at no extra charge to you.
